It was amazing as always…. It’s our 4th time staying here. They are growing and it’s looking good! I love it l!! I will always come back here! Staff is great and super nice!

Staff was courteous, friendly, and quick if you needed anything. Rooms were clean. I enjoyed that I could walk to everything, but I enjoy walking. Breakfasts were delicious.

Great little hotel, service is great eso especially Carlos 👍 Delicious breakfast, yummy boutique style snacks, great coffee and very convenient to downtown! Walls are thin so bring ear plugs!

Hotels.com came through at the last minute for a place to Star in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. During the busy week between Christmas and New Year’s Day we were surprised to see how many Mexican tourists came to town. We were allowed to check in early, which was very special. The hotel was near our friend’s home, but were grateful for their friendliness and offers to help...but we knew no Spanish, so it was awkward a few times...

15 minute walk from heart of Centro. Free breakfast but before 10am is only muffin, banana, coffee, yogurt. At 10am, eggs and chilaquiles and fruit (staff did not inform us). Clean, clean, clean. Big bed. Personal steam room 170 pesos for 90 minutes. Not enough parking for the number of guests. Staff are great.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful Cooked us full breakfast in the morning and they did everything possible to make us comfortable We did not have wifi in our room and they apologized and moved us to a different room that had better wifi. Very clean and very nice bedding.

Es un hotel chico, pocas habitaciones, está cerca del centro, un tema rústico pero muy pintoresco, muebles coloridos alegres!, lo mejor el personal que está para recibirte y atenderte muy amable y servicial cosas difíciles de hallar ahora, te hacen sentir cómodo!, incluye desayuno muy completo, su restaurant comedor pequeño pero muy acojedor, habitaciones no muy grandes pero muy completas y limpias. Tiene estacionamiento chico también, pero te hace sentir seguro.

El personal es increíbleme amable. Muy buen servicio. Desayuno es bastante bueno. Sobre todo me gustó qué todo el tiempo está disponible mesa de café y te con pan y galletas. Cuarto y baño están muy limpios, además cama tiene dos cubijas. Única nota que los baños de planta baja no tiene respiradero, pero en primer piso sí.

Aunque las habitaciones no cuentan con A/C los ventiladores ayudan a bajar la temperatura porque son muy calientes. Quizá pantallas más grandes.

Lo que más distingue a este hotel es el excelente servicio que te brindan quienes trabajan ahí, en especial Viridiana. El desayuno está súper rico y en todo momento te reciben con una sonrisa. El lugar es cómodo las habitaciones están muy bien. La ubicación del hotel es buena. Te sientes como en casa con los buenos tratos que te brindan y te orientan sobre lugares a dónde ir. Cuenta con túneles antiguos que puedes ver desde la PB, algo muy interesante por su valor histórico. ¡Muy recomendable!

Limpio en general el desayuno sencillo. Lo único que no me gustó es que todo lo que pasa en la recepción se escucha a todas horas, si alguien llega a las 2 am se escucha toda la información y te despiertan
