Took about half an hour and talking to several people (who were very nice) to figure it out. If they haven't fixed it, the correct place is two doors down. "

Beds were slightly uncomfortable, but I haven't been in a bunkbed in decades, so we kind of expected this. After a long day i was still able to sleep well. A little disappointed that we couldn't change thermostat, but that could have been user error. It wasn't so bothersome that I felt I should call someone, but we would have liked it warmer, we just bundled up more. The listing does state...
