Lift is just unreliable it just goes up and down randomly. Lot of spicy food. Very friendly and good staff and cordial greetings. Best vacation spot in munnar

Probably the best property in Munnar. Had a good waterfall view and view of the hills around. Waterfall is a tiny one though was not that impressive. Overall, Munnar had a lot of pollution so the overall experience was ok. For massage, I would recommend the ones in the Munnar market area, wouldn’t recommend one at the property. market had the best massage as compared with the Kovalam or any other areas in Kerala.

We stayed in honeymoon suite.The view is breathtaking. The staff is really friendly, always smiles and offer for help wherever needed. Cultural programs were enjoyable. The hygiene is well maintained. Access to hotel is not far from the main road. The breakfast was really good with many options. In room dining can be improved. The pool was warm (27 to 30 degrees) and clean , and fresh water. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Everything was exceptionally good from beginning till end of our stay. We had a great time. Food was also very good and very friendly and helpful staff . Felt like home away from home.and room was very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the waterfall and tea plantation. The inside road is a little bit rough but overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.😀

We looked at a whole bunch of properties to have an evening of luxury during our stay in Kerala. We're very pleased that we chose Blanket - The presidential suite is well worth the upgrade if you're thinking about it. The place is as advertised, and more. Double jacuzzi overlooking the waterfall, attentive staff, buffet options for breakfast and dinner (or a regular menu if that's what you want), included activities were a bonus too. We didn't try the spa, so can't comment, but if you're looking for a decadent stay, then I'd point you in this direction.

Amazing stay
It was amazing stay and amazing views and experience. The staff is very helpful and super nice. There are good activities in the hotel. The food is great and price is ok. The road to the hotel is pretty bad and bumpy, also its somewhat a long way to access the main road by walking.

I had a beauty experience at the resort the staff were both warm and hospital.Everyone I met was incredibly kind.As a solo traveller I felt well looked after.The hotel is set in such a beautiful serene region surrounded by nature.The room was lovely and well maintained.I would definitely recommend this hotel to family /friends.Overall a wonderful experience!

Our stay at the Blanket Hotel was just what we needed in Munnar. It was away from all the noise and cozy. The staff makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. They check on you constantly and are so welcoming. The views are amazing and the pool is even heated. I appreciated that they had a variety of options for food. Yes the road to get there isn’t the best, but it’s worth the 5 minute hassle. I mean you’re in India! On top of a mountain next to a waterfall!

We stayed in Dec 2022 for 1 night. Fabulous. Had the most amazing views right from our balcony. Staff was terrific. Things I did not like: Road getting to the hotel is terrible.

Good hotel with nice scenic view, good staff, clean and modern hotel and very good food. Accessibility is difficult. The road to hotel is very bad. The main big nice scenic open dining area blocked for private newly weds that is only for 2 people every evening so you can not access that part even though in their amenities they show that it is accessible. Very bad. Blocking 50 people open dining area just for 2 people. So waste of money. No cellular signals so have to depend completely on hotel Wi-Fi which is not good.

Good resort near waterfall
The hotel is very near to the waterfall, which makes the view from the room cozy. The rooms were neat and spacious with a balcony and good air flow. The approach road to the hotel not good and is through the tea estate, once you are at the resort the. It is better to hire a jeep to travel to other locations from the hotel. Overall a good hotel

Overall it was a decent stay. Facility was super clean. Sunrise and views were spectacular from the hotel. One evening we really enjoyed pakora and chai in the evening by the swimming pool. No complain except one morning there was no hot water in my shower.

We had a beautiful view of the waterfall. The front desk was very helpful with ordering a car to another city paired with a tour to help us maximize our time in the city. The service at the breakfast was also very good. The wait staff were very eager to please.

So happy we chose Blanket Hotel and Spa for our time in Munnar. We arrived at night when it was already dark, and were thrilled to pull back the curtains the following morning - the views alone are worth booking this hotel over others! Lots of activities happening on and off site. We enjoyed the morning stroll to the nearby waterfall and I attended one of the yoga classes. Spa services were a little inconsistent, if I'm honest. We were a group of four and each had very different experiences in terms of quality. For the price we paid, we expected more. Dinner and breakfast options are great - lots of variety and the restaurant staff are keen to help - this is generally great, but can become overwhelming when it is each and every staff member who is talking to you at length during your meal - balance is key. Overall a wonderful stay and we would most definitely rebook if we were to visit Munnar again.

Impeccable Service
Lovely hotel with views of the waterfall and surrounding valley. The staff here are fantastic and cannot do enough for guests, the food is also delicious. Activities included at the hotel are a nice touch, we enjoyed the fire dance and morning walk down to the waterfall.

Excellent food and service in the restaurant! Poor housekeeping - have to call repeatedly to get the room made. Swimming pool not maintained well - they allow people to enter in street clothes, T-shirts, shorts, sweat pants. Expect better from a 5-star hotel.

Great location. Great service. Limited menu and quality could have been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful so overall a great experience. Be sure to ask for candle light dinner if on a special occasion.

Amazing hotel. Had a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Munnar is a beautiful place if you want to get away from your busy life. Its peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Lovely New Hotel
Staff were really pleasant. Hotel was clean. It seemed to be geared towards families from India (may have been because of school holidays), but we live outside India and thought it was a lovely hotel. Excellent views of the waterfall from the restaurant and pool. Only minor negative was the road leading to the property was a little rough.

Fantastic views but even better service!
This is a great hotel. The location is amazing, you go to sleep and wake up to the sounds great of the waterfall, it’s so relaxing. But the best thing about this place is the staff, from the security to the reception and to the restaurant and housekeeping it’s all smooth and always with a smile. We’d definitely return.
