"Very friendly staff. The one worker at the front desk was quick to help my mom and I with a small problem with our room key. The rooms were very clean and so was the lobby and hallways. It was a little noisy at night, but that’s nothing they can change as a hotel in the middle of the city. Thank you!"

"I cannot stress enough the friendliness, and hospitality of this hotel's staff!! So helpful and friendly, just unbelievable. The food here is also excellent. We had Sunday brunch here and also a special Memorial Day meal. The patio area is gorgeous. They have speakeasy on the lower level which is fun and serves really good drinks. The hotel is conveniently situated so you can walk to local attractions. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"We have stayed in other cabins over the years and this one is definitely at the top of the list for being the best. It was so neat, clean, and well organized. We were able to unpack our things and begin to relax immediately. Janie was great to work with and gave us good suggestions for places to eat and things to do. This is definitely a little jem for sure."

"Keyser Inn is clean as a whistle. The beds are comfortable. We had an assessable room with a lovely walk in shower with ample handrails A-shower chair would have helped me a lot, but I did not ask if they had one. We were so very comfortable, we would most definitely stay here again! We were here two nights and longer would have been fine with me!!"

"Easy to find, right off of the highway but not noisy. Stayed here because I was starting in the south side of New River Gorge National Park the next day. Gas station is across the street. Hotel seemed very busy but never noticed noise related to that. "
