"Front desk on arrival were a bit distracted and did not give us full attention. Gossiping among themselves . Key rooms were not programmed and had to come back. Was supposed to give us a 10 percent discount on restaurant but didn’t . Had to remind the girl at checkout, who was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. "

"Jaspers hotel never disappoints. So generous upon arriving receiving a bottle of wine and upgrading my room. Always greeted with kindness. Jaspers is in a convenient location, close to shopping, uni, market, casino etc.. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Modern bathrooms and a garden that makes you feel like your at a relaxation resort. Looking forward to my next stay when uni returns. Thank you very much for always looking after me.."
