"Good 5 star hotel but the mattress, carpet and air conditioning is a bit tired. The housekeeper will always adjust your thermostat to 22, but it needs to be left at its lowest setting if 18.5C to keep the room comfortable (adjust the fan level instead). Our keys frequently stopped working to unlock the door, twice after being just made at the front desk just before heading upstairs to the room. Baffled even the staff that needed to accompany you to make sure the new key could open the door: NOT"

"This property is amazing. Located in great location with magnificent views of the Bosphorus strait. Nice rooftop bar, plenty of restaurant options on property and many more within walking distance. Highly recommend, would return."
