"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? "We stayed here for 2 nights in the month of early April. The appartment is beautiful. Elena was so helpful for everything, she was always available for any need. Location was 10 km away from lake Garda and it is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountain. Room was cozy,very clean.bathroom was very spacious. The seating area was also nice to enjoy the view from balcony.The only difficulties i faced was the kitchen was on the 1 st floor and it was outside. But it was my mistake while booking...

"Guido's flat is in a very nice residential complex in a lovely area. The views are awesome and just 10 mins from Moena, you are spoiled for choice with so many amazing places to visit. The flat has everything (almost) that you need and is clean and comfortable. Also Guido and Fabia are excellent hosts. Only thing missing is wifi."

"Sehr entspanntes Wochenende - sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt für ein ruhigen Aufenthalt. Riva del Garda ist circa 20 Minuten entfernt, so ist der Trubel nicht weit entfernt, sollte man unterm Tag was unternehmen wollen. Meine Hunde haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt, da die Wohnung direkt im grünen befindet, kann man da einen tollen Spaziergang unternehmen. Gerne wieder !"

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. "A delightful, authentic spacious villa in the centre of a quiet village with a handy store nearby. We all enjoyed our weeks stay, though had a few snags, primarily the awkward arrival and check in: address was 19 not 9! Nobody to meet us so our car blocked the tiny narrow alley for 20 minutes. Mrs Norma arrived, speaking only Italian, so we suggest that the property, contents, equipment etc. needs a good multi lingual guide pack. "We had a wonderful stay at Fabio's apartment. We were made to feel very welcome, the canopes on arrival where a lovely touch. The apartment was quiet and out of the main resort (perfect for us) but just a few minutes drive to the local ski lift (with free parking) and 20 mins from several other ski resorts, it is a great base to explore the surronding area. "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Check in was quick and easy and not far from this property. There is no front desk at the property as it is an apartment building, but the affiliated hotel where you check in is very close by. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was close to the grocery store restaurants and the waterfront so very easy to navigate. Beautiful views and great area!"
