"The Rembrandt is a good clean Hotel. It is just the right distance from the Messina about a 15-minute walk. The only problem was the work being carried out on the upper floors there was banging and knocking of floors or concrete. It did not last until the evenings. If I return to tanjir I would definitely stop here."

"Large spacious apartment away from the hustle of the old town. Wrongly advertised as having a microwave and an iron on request. This really threw a spanner in the works with the ladies!!!"

It was the cheap price but the room condition was not even half decent. No clean sheet at all. Ants on the floor everywhere.
