"The property, gardens and location were beautiful however the listing is misleading as it suggests that the rental is for the whole property (" extended family living on two floors", "private gardens"). There is actually someone staying downstairs and this rental is just the top floor. That was not a problem in itself, just a surprise. If there was a BBQ (which the listing says it has) we could not find it, and the email asking this question of Juliet (property manager) prior to our arrival was...

The pool is a stones throw from the apartment and you will find all the home comforts you need for a relaxing break in the beauty of St Kitts. "This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep."
