"The physical infrastructure of this hotel is in okay shape (but not great shape). Where the hotel really disappoints is in service. The staff are not well trained, and systems are not in place for reasonable performance. "The staff here go above and beyond, the ‘glamping’ experience was great. Food was really nice but quite expensive. The safari company run joint with the camp was amazing and extremely well run. The downside to this accommodation is that I would say it is only accessible via tuk tuk or car it’s not in walking distance to shops / other restaurants. "

"They need a lot of maintenance an improvement, and the rooms are felled of ants and mosquitoes and geckos. The only good thing is the restaurant manager and the swimming pool specialist."

We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities.
