"We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. "Hotel was clean and very tidy with staff continually maintaining the public areas. The food was good with an excellent choice every day with different specialties every day so not like other all inclusive where they sometimes do the same foods every day. As you’d expect in Sharm the level of attentiveness to customer service was of the highest level. Making my stay a thoroughly enjoyable one. "
