"Have stopped in this style of hotel on numerous occasion's, this one was as good as they get. Room was spacious, well equipped and clean but with a view over the car park, food was very good and the staff couldn’t be faulted. We would be more than happy to stay here again."

"Pros: Location - heart of the Edinburgh Royal Mile and walking distance from almost anything you may need. You’re really paying for the location. Cleanliness and excellent attention to detail. Comfortable, though very small beds. Good hot showers. Hot breakfast buffet as an add-on. Staff are courteous and helpful. Quiet rooms even with all the street noise and windows open. Cons: Extremely tiny rooms and bathrooms. No a/c - only an air cooler/ heater depending on outside temperature. Kind of...
