"This was our second time at couples tower isle with the first time being 10 years ago for our wedding. We had a great experience back then and I am happy to say we did once again. The included excursions are a good value to take advantage of and the food was spectacular in the majority of scenarios. My only thing I’d like to see improved is consistency/ training of bartenders. "The room and bathroom was really clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view was excellent and the area quiet and peaceful. I did not really like the little corner from the dinning area to the room but its a simple matter for a decorator to add some aesthetics To make this property very excellent breakfast should be added to the package."

"Elegant property. Caretaker Morris was available and responsive. Do not chose option to "Pay On Arrival". There is no such service."

"Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave"
