"The villa was amazing with a very beautiful view of the ocean with a cliff, live corals, beautiful coves. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would go back in a heartbeat."

"Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!"

"The view was beautiful but misleading as there is a huge, ugly bauxite plant on the left, not shown in any photos. The noise was extremely loud and annoying from all the trucks with air brakes, motorcycles and cars with loud mufflers from the road directly below the unit. It was so loud that we couldn't converse with each other on the balcony or talk on our cell phone. The description said "occasional noise"; this is completely misleading and inaccurate. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."

"I booked one night at this hotel through Orbitz. I arrived with my 18-month-old baby hoping to make her a bottle and go to bed. They had no rooms because they had overbooked and I had to find accommodations for the night. There was no one at the check-in desk and when I call the number on the reservation, they told me to wait in the parking lot for someone to come.
