"LOVED the experience. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The view was beautiful. The facilities were pristine. Everything was wonderful except.., The windows were filthy and that ruined the view.. The air conditioning is simply not adequate to cool the room. The room was 77 when I checked in at 2 PM.
