I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. I waited in the parking lot for an hour trying to check in but was not allowed entry. And the hotel told me that I had to still pay for the night. AVOID! "
