"Amazing staff and great location! Only issue was the curtains in room would open or closed on their own without touching the remote. Getting to the room at first was difficult due to so many different doors and hallways you had to take after check-in. Love the creepiness of the hotel though felt like I was on an episode of AHS! Overall good stay! "

"Beautiful hotel. Small but really nice bed and bedding. Good lobby food and good food at bar/restaurant. They seemed to have an issue one night when we tried to order room service. Took over an hour to get it and i heard others complaining but that was literally a small issue. Concierge was extraordinary. So kind and helpful. Would stay again any day"

"The area is a a little dirty but the hotel was really good! Staff was friendly. Room was a bit small but had everything we needed and a lovely coffee station plus two bottles of water waiting for us. "

"It was indeed a short walk from the train station however it took longer as we had big suitcases which was hard to drag . I love how it’s surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Very secure as the police station is right next door. Very safe. Accessible to shopping as well. Will definitely return "

"Be aware of very steep staircases with higher rooms and room doors dont block out any noise if there is any in the corridor. Other than that very nice, comfortable and stylish hotel though."

"Rooms could use an update (leaky toilet, old ac/heating system, etc.) but are otherwise all-maintained, and the staff is terrific. Location is perfect and my room was quiet and cost."
