"First of all, this hotel smells amazing. I know that is a weird thing to write but it has a subtle lovely clean smell. The staff was friendly and got us an early check in. The hotel bar/restaurant was very loud. The room and view were great once we figured out the master light switch! Didn’t use the room service but it was a great option. Tons of places to go within walking distance. "

"This had to be the Worse, hotel I ever stayed in, only 1 elevator working, we stayed on 6 th floor, the oder of this hotel was atrocious, no breakfast as indicated, not that I would eat there, the decor was still from when it was built, please take off your site as a place to stay Expedita is better than this"

"Check in for this hotel was horrendous! No staff!! No where to sit in their lobby! Line wrapped around forever!! No one came near our room to clean! An entire werkend! My husband had to hunt down staff just to get some vlean towels! Unacceptable! Not even valets be prepared to wait good 45 mins to get your car..the entire place is under staffed!! "
