"This was a last min book and for being a 5 star in Iquitos it was quite nice and a good break from the weather but with most pricy hotels, you pay for everything. We had gotten a room that was facing the pool area, very nice and quiet. " While the resort is exactly as it appears-we had a few issues- they charge for items in both US and Soles- very confusing. No wine at the resort?? All of our tours were to be included but they charged us 120 US dollars for the two of us. Not very willing to negotiate. The resort itself was very relaxing and calm. "La peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido , nos trataron de pedir más dinero en varias ocaciones, no se cumplió ningún tour, pagar yo mi moto taxi de ida y de vuelta, me dejaron con un bote remos para hacer los tours en donde mi ínsole, reviví muy malos comentarios de el dueño de esta empresa y varios problemas con turistas. reynel es una vergüenza para el turismo de iquitos"
