"I arrived very early in the am 8:30, they offered me to check in right away after my long journey. Staffs were very professional and friendly, Penny and Rosemary helped me the most for everything I asked. Beautiful property with be best view "

"It is a nice and quiet hotel but not in close proximity to the tourist spots and not too many dining options. Room is spacious and modern. Swimming pool and gym are free but we did not get time to use the facilities. The Master of Nets Garden is approximately 15 minutes walk from the hotel. "

"The old town is not veichle assessible. We had a few big suitcases that are hard to handle on the stone walkways and bridges. So we called the hotel and they came to the outside of the old town and helped us pulled the luggages to the hotel. The hotel was renovated on an ancient house (it is stylish!) so it does not have an elevator. They also helped us carry them to the room which is on the second floor. When we leave, they helped with the the luggages again! "
