The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

We had an issue in our room with a/c and it would not accommodate cooler than 23°C. Quite warm when the air is still. Being on the water, opening a window was out since the mosquitos would have owned us! We did get 2 fans to help but it just wasn't the same. The staff did return a maintenance person several times to try and resolve the issue but to no avail. If it were not for...
