"Checkin process was a breeze, with friendly staff who were happy to organise airport transfers. Upon checkin, one of our rooms didn't have a safe, 1 rooms TV didnt work, and 1 rooms aircon was leaking. Within the hour, after bringing this to the attention of the staff, all issues were rectified. The staff at the swim-up rooftop bar are very friendly, as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast was a little on the boring/small side compared to some other hotel buffets but was always fresh. Only...
