"My room was big and comfortable, with a mini-fridge. The staff was helpful. It's listed as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it could be viewed as a truly excellent 3-star or a so-so 4-star. "After a small delay at check in (the hotel was unable to find my booking at first) I was soon taken to my room. All the staff were very friendly and helped me when I needed it. The breakfast staff were especially friendly. The room was ok - it was pretty much i what I expected for an oldish hotel in India. The location is very close to the river and the centre is all within walking distances."
