"first of all its a budget resort with nice swimming pool near famous beaches and locations of goa . we visited here in mansoons , found great deal with hotel,staff is very kind and helping.. overall it was good to being here. panic with wi-fi issues."

"My stay here was terrible the staff were not friendly at all. My room was spacious yet disgusting the bedding was stained, the wall in the bathroom was half off, it advertises free wifi which can not be accessed in your room which is extremely inconvenient, it claims to also have cable tv which is incorrect it only had local channels working which was no good because I don't speak Hindi."

"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"Too overpriced.. we paid around 7.5k for the room. It's not worth of that. It's just another budget hotel. I would recommend if given in price of 3-4.5 k"
