"Room was ready after the 4pm check in time. Some guests were offered complimentary drinks at bar for this inconvenience. This was not the case for us. No information about wifi, breakfast or facilities given upon check-in. Hotel's beach club was closed once we had checked in and for the entirety of our stay 5 days prior to the start of Cannes Film Festival. Which was disappointing. "The hotel was excelleb=nt as usual especially breakfast. One downside was that the restaurant was closed despite the menu being on a board outside the restaurant. The only brasserie was closed. Luckily we met three wonderful Irish ladies who directed and sheparded us to a "hole in the wall" pizza maschine. The pizza was excellent and we shall certainly be booking this hotel again but checking restaurant is open at reception"
