"Everything was mostly good. I was disappointed with the'upgrade room" as it was facing a building and didn't have a large queen bed but 2 small beds which was uncomfortable,I didn't feel any upgrade but more downgrade? The carpet in the room was dirty ,my slippers were black walking on them and very worn and needs replacing. Many TV stations were not working on the TV. "The property is solid, the breakfast was outstanding. It is a busy property so make reservations early to choose your room. We like the larger room with the balcony as it was much larger than the lower rooms. What we didn’t like were the feather pillows and ultra firm bed. Wow, I need a massage after two nights. Other than that, the property is located close to the metro and we used it every day. Saved us a ton on taxis "
