"On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges. We were told by maintainence that the pump was broken hence the build up. So we were very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as our baby is only 5 months old & didn't want to risk it. "Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional. "
