"The property (and views from it) were as wonderful as advertised! We visited a different beach almost every day, and then relaxed at night, often on the deck overlooking the bay. Paul was amazing, and responded immediately - and with a fantastically friendly demeanor - any time we had a question. The property was very well-stocked with pool and beach supplies, as well as towels, dishes/silverware, and general house supplies. We had a terrific vacation!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Ixora. The home was well situated for exploring the entire island and felt private despite it's location near a main road. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of bath and beach towels as well as coolers and beach chairs. "Beautiful view. The house was very well equipped and comfortable for guests in the main house. The cottage with two bedrooms was not great. We made it work though. Only other complaint was the add on costs for the 4th and 5th bedrooms and hot tub."

"Was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing as expected. Convenient to everything in Coral Bay, relaxing, and we'll appointed. The property is starting to show signs of age/use and some reinvestment definitely needs to be made in terms of the living room furniture, closet doors that are broken, paint touch up, etc. Would still highly recommend this property but hope to see some improvements before we visit again in the future."

Everything was perfect, optimum location between north and south beaches, house is beautifully placed right on bay shore, equipped with absolutely everything you would need during the stay. Close to shops and restaurants, communication with host also great, having a greater lead us from the dock and giving a tour of the house was really helpful. We had a great time!"
