"We stayed at the Sofitel for 7 nights in June. The staff and butler team was very attentive to our needs and helped plan activities as well as offered general advice. The location is great within walking distance of everything but on the edge of the old city so at night it was pretty quiet so sleeping was a dream. We often staff is small boutique hotels but we need a big pool given the heat. The pool at the Santa Clara is wonderful, great for the days when you want a resort experience of laying...

"The hotel is nice and well kept, however the service especially at breakfast could be improved. The staff regularly ignores you and are always chatting among them. On more than two occasions I had to call them so they can give me coffee. The area around the hotel is nice, safe. The hotel does not have an ATM or shop. They send you across the street to SantaFe mall. Breakfast could have more options. The suite was ok, nothing outstanding. "
