We had interactions with different front desk staff throughout our 3day stay, but the girl (sorry, don't know her name) with a Vattel sweater was the most helpful, pleasant and welcoming. "The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "

"The hotel has a bit unusual cleaning policy: you give up on it for a day and get a drink voucher. However, there is a twist - on my last full day no cleaning was done but no voucher was given. Definitely a small thing but could make difference. The room was spacious but I did not like its arrangement with a curtain. The breakfast was great. "
