"Overall very nice place to stay. In the center of town so easy to walk to a lot of places. Parking was horrible. It’s first come first serve and every evening we had about a five minute walk from our car to our room. The floors in the room are tile and very dirty, like they never get mopped. Our feet were always black from the floor. The patio and walkway areas are is very nice and clean. The pool and other outdoor activities were a lot of fun. "The staff was super friendly. There was a little door slamming that could be heard. All sorts of in room amenities - fridge, microwave, ice maker, shaving kit, etc. The town outside Grand Canyon doesn’t have many dining choices and only McDonalds may be open after 9:00 so plan accordingly. "

"It wasn't ideal that we got a room that was sized to be ready but had the prior guests food/beverage at the front of the door in the floor. Might consider being sure that the room is truly ready to check in. Otherwise the staff was great along with the pools and the room was comfortable and clean. "
