I made my reservations weeks in advance, showed up with my kids after a long flight to be told that there were zero rooms available. Staff offered zero apologies, actually looked completely annoyed that we had to sit outside in the front for 44 mins to find an Uber to another hotel. They came outside to smoke a cig and play around right in front of our faces. Never showed any concern. Me and my children ended up having to go back to the airport to sleep bc there was no rooms available and we had a flight to catch late the next morning. Horrible experience. Horrible hotel with disgusting people who have zero customer service skills. Also had to spend Uber fees going back and forth just to sleep on the floor of an airport. Never trusting Expedia to book my reservations again.
