The hotel was great overall! It had the perfect location, within walking distance to everything, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The staff was nice overall too. However, during the check-out on Sunday, April 28th at 5 am, the overnight GSA was very unpleasant. She didn't make eye contact nor say "Good morning" or "How was your stay?". She just said that we were all set. While waiting for our Uber, a gentleman was departing as well and he had some challenges opening the door to exit, so I mentioned it to her since she didn't have a clear view of the door from where the front desk is located. She continued to type on the computer station and after waiting for a few seconds she asked me if he had figured it out. I told her no, to which she whispered "That's unfortunate". This was our last impression of the hotel.
Anyway, there are a couple of things that I would like to bring to your attention regarding our room 1873: one ceiling light over the headboard was out, the lampshade needs to be replaced (it couldn't stay straight), and the bathroom ceiling paint was starting to peel off. None of which was a big deal for us, but you may want to address it before your next guest.
Lastly, when emailing your guests, create a template for the team instead of sending a blank email with an attachment it would give a better impression.
