"I visited last year and was impressed so I booked again this year. This year was disappointing. The furniture was old, chairs were broken, tables ready to fall apart. Furniture could use upgrade. Outside, the hallways were dirty, parking lot dirty, trash bins were always full everywhere and smelly. I love the swimming pools and utilized them every day. They were wonderful. The gas grills around the compound need thorough cleaning and some were not working or difficult to start the gas to come...

"My husband & brother had a softball tournament in Grapevine,TX all weekend. Games after games they played teams after teams having a good time. After their fun it was time to unwind and retire. They came to your establishment to check in and was greeted by the manager. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and went beyond making my family feel comfortable and at home. I thank you for this. 5 STARS REVIEW"

"Not satisfied due to accidentally picked the wrong dates to stay and called customer service to see if they were able to change the dates and advised no they couldn’t i will never use a 3rd party ever again"

"The only thing I did not like about this place is for it to be an extended stay with a kitchenette and have no utensils or kitchenware was a surprise to me. I had to go buy my utensils and kitchenware. Other than that, it was nice and quiet. Clean. Lady in the office is very friendly. Maid was nice. People here are mostly quiet. Had no issues so far. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. "We were already staying in the area fir an event, then realized the eclipse was the very next day so we tried to extend our stay where we were at and the price went up $400 Wowzers!!! so we looked on VRBO and this listing was available with a reasonable rate, YAY!!! so we booked it with low expectations.
