Dirty Rooms..! No choices for breakfast..you have to pay extras for breakfast.. Their Customer service is very bad..we check in very late at 10.30pm and requested for late check out around 3.30pm for next day since we had fligh to catch at night. During check in time they told us no problem with late check out..But The next day the call us and ask us to leave by noon. The hotel rooms was empty but still they refused to allow us to stay until 3pm.Very bad experience.

Narrow street, taxi driver can't find the location
Worst hotel in my 30 years travel experience. Dirty bed sheets dirty towels, hairs all over the bed and floor. Dust bin full of garbage. No hot water no shampoo no any option for iron. No elevator to my fourth floor room. Credit card not accepted no receipt for cash payments.

Average and expensive
At first glance the room looked alright but at a closer look it wasn't clean. There was hair (short and curly ones) under the blanket and pillows, the bins were not emptied and the toilet seat had dirty foot prints on it. However, I told them and was immediately moved to a cleaner room, tho still not fabulous, it was much better and I then had a good night's rest. The staff were helpful enough but the 'breakfast included' I had to pay for and it was not good at all.

Very bad location. Water logging at approach.
Very uncomfortable. Water taps found broken. Water leakage from tank. Shifted room thrice. All the three rooms water tap broken. Not given original bill.

shocked that Expedia booked this hotel
We were not informed that this hotel does not have a regular road and has a very bumpy route to reach to. It is situated in a very narrow lane with crowded neighborhood with a bad view. Bathroom was not at all what I expected. Bed was OK. Staff was supportive. Overall experience was not good.

Nice budget hotel to stay near airport!!
Its a low budget hotel and is close to airport. Room was big and nice. Hotel doesnt has a resturant, so you will get only breakfast and rest of the meals either you can order online or hotel staff will care of it. The manager/owner Mr. Bhupal is friendly and helpful. So its a nice stay a very low cost.

Dirty dirty dirty. This hotel has never been cleaned. No lift no nothing that they say they have. Everything broken.so filthy dirty really. Don't stay there. I was scared for my safety

Worse hotel one could ever imagine of..
Very bad location. Felt afraid to walk to the hotel at night,its in middle of no where only name is city center. Orbitz should remove these kind of hotel from listing cuz i felt cheated when i reached the hotel seeing 3 and half star at orbits.Dirty bed even can see hairs on it.Worse Toilet. No tv Signal. AC not working .

Worse hotel experience ever
I have stayed in several hotels, but this one is one of the worse experience. I arrived late around 11 pm, and taxi cannot find the hotel. When I reached, they give me room which was practically impossible condition to live - stingy bathroom, carpet was super dirty, mattress and bedsheets had smell. I am writing review to request expedia to remove this hotel from listing

Don't stay there.
This hotel is all that can go wrong. 1 - Very difficult to find, you gotta go through a parking lot with very weird people to find it. 2 - They don't take credit card!!! 3 - The room was not clean, the AC was barely working. 4 - No hot water. I know this is India, but if you do a couple more KM from the airport there are cheaper and more clean options.

Remote location and uncomfortable room.
My experience is close of horrible. The hotel mentioned that they didn't receive the confirmation from expedia and the front desk guy is kind enough to let me in and he requested me to contact expedia. Upon contacting from India to USA through friends and thereby expedia, the issue is resolved. The room is very unclean and very cold (happened to be there in fall) and the huge issue is with having no heater in room and no hot water. Made several complaints to front desk for hot water and finally received 3 buckets of warm water. There is no lift and hardly managed with the luggage and all. Biggest issue with no hot water in room. Also the location of hotel is remote and not every taxi knew about it. No hotels or any mall nearby, very remote location.

Nothing published about the hotel is true.
The hotel is running down and kept dirty. Not Healthy FOR anyone. There is no hot water, no internet, the ambiance is deplorable. The beds are filthy, bed sheets, blankets are not washed. The service and environment is a lie. The hotel is situated in an area where there is no road to access.

Very bad experience!!!
I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter as it was near to the Airport. The actual hotel was nothing like the photos on the website. No hot water after 12:00 PM! Only bread-butter for breakfast. No other choice. They should write Bread-(no Butter) on the website instead of Free Breakfast. Rooms were not clean. Bathroom was dirty. No good restaurants in the walkable distance. Hotel staff was helpful.

Most dreadful hotel ever!
We had booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport as we were arriving at midnight. Despite having booked via Expedia several weeks before the hotel staff appeared to panic on our arrival as not sure they were expecting us. We were however, eventually shown to our rooms but horrified by the appalling conditions. The carpet was covered in stains as were the unclean bed sheets, which had a filthy duvet cover. The mattress was like a thin sheet of foam. The bathroom was also dirty, someone had excreted in the toilet and there was no toilet paper. The telephone in the room was broken and there were dangerous exposed wires hanging from walls. The top floor was a building site. We had booked to stay two nights but left immediately and were left with the inconvenience and expense of finding another hotel so late at night. I would suggest that any positive reviews for this hotel have not been verified as the overall standard of this hotel is very, very poor.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES- BAD HOTEL
Warning- Look else where. Place was very dirty, dirty A-Z. No toilet paper, no Soap, Dirty Towel, All sheets were old and not washed. No utility few hours a day, no Internet. OLD Building, bad walls. All rooms smell and not clean. Hotel in felty place. Not ready to be licensed as a hotel. I checked and checked out with in 1 hour. Staff was few young guys. Be Aware of fake pictures. The worst Hotel I have ever experienced
Quite difficult to find in back streets through a big parking area. Friendly staff but an awful room. Damp was collapsing the plaster on side wall of the bedroom and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, No hot water or toilet paper, TV broken and the breakfast was 4 slices of cold but hard bread and 2 tiny cups of tea served in the one chair room as there is no dining area. Also our promised airport transport had not been booked until we arrived on time ready to go!

This is what is referred to in India as a back side hotel. OK it was cheap but the airport taxi could not find it and it is not a hotel for the faint hearted.

Firstly it was hassle to find the hotel. It was in hiding between residential area. after roaming around when i finally found the hotel, I felt relived. But after having paid booking from hotels.com when i approched the reception the guy over there told me that the hotel has no room left, however they agreed to transfer me to another hotel 20 mins away for which i had to pay transportation again and the hotel they transferred us into had cockroaches running all over. They didnt even care that i has just got out of my cab in a new city, carrying my two luggage. the place was so deep inside that there were no cabs either. This was the worst hotel experience every to me.

One of the worst hotel
They have various quality of rooms, but I am not sure which quality was provide and what was the original rate and truly was there any discount or not. Breakfast was inadequate and irregular. Rooms were not cleaned regularly. The pictures gives in the site hardly tallies with the true life picture.

The most disgusting room I have ever seen
The rooms don't look nothing like the ones on the pictures. I know this is a budget hotel but we've stayed at cheaper hotels and they're all been really clean. The sheets had soil and the room was dusty, they didn't even bother to sweep the floors. The bathroom was disgusting and only one of the lights was working in the whole room. We had to use our flash lights to go to the bathroom. Overall a bad experience. Only good thing is that is really close to the airport.

Use extreme caution prior to booking
This hotel was referred to us. We prepaid two nights and unfortunately, left about 2 hours after checking in. The walls had mold, ceiling fan blades and other areas were completely covered in dust. The bottle water in the room was actually expired. The bedding was not clean. The restroom was likewise not clean. There is only a chain to lock the door from the inside .. so one does not feel very safe. The location of the hotel is very much off the main road in the corner that lacks outdoor lights. The hotel staff on site the night we checked in spoke very little English and were surprisingly not curious why we were leaving. this does prove the point that you cannot book a hotel in most places in India off simply reading a hotel review or based on 4 stars which are most of the time self proclaimed. I would not encourage anyone to sleep at this hotel for any reason. There are plenty of similar priced hotels that will meet your needs.

Good stay for a short while at a convenient place
The hotel is ideal for a one night stay if you are in need of catching an early morning flight from Delhi. it's just 5 km away from airport and a budget type of accommodation. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Only disadvantage is that the hotel does not have any restaurant facility, although serves food at room upon request from outside and that food quality is not up to the mark.

Nicer than expected, walkable from AeroCity
I had a really good experience with this little hotel, hard to find but extremely close to the AeroCity metro and just behind the New Delhi Radisson. There is a little dirt road (L Street, I think) to the right of the Adidas factory outlet, which you go down, and then 2-3 blocks later you are at the Hotel City Centre. (If you pull out the Radisson Blu parking lot and got right for one block, you will come to L Street, with a blue sign.) My room was affordable, clean, with kind of "hip" furniture and design, and a comfortable bed. It felt like I was being treated to a better experience than I had paid for. The reception staff were extra helpful, arranging early morning transport to the airport (only a few minutes away).

It was my second stay in hotel city center. Second was with my family and the first stay was my business trip. The family room given to us was nice with modern amenities. We had a comfortable stay. The road leading to the hotel is a bit difficult, however it is worth the amount paid. Staff was very helpful and they advised us about many places for visiting in Delhi.

A very good hotel near to the airport. The staff was very helpful. The best part about the hotel is that if you have to catch a late night flight the route to the airport is near and safe. So all the best and do keep up the good work.

Convenient location for stay near airport and my work area at a very good price. Food ordered was decent. Staff was very helpful. No lift in the hotel so i insisted for lower floor room which they accepted courteously.

I wanted a hotel for layover to catch my next flight and found this hotel at a very decent price with very good pictures. Though the road to hotel seems a bit awkward, however the hotel seems fine. Room was spacious with comfortable bed to take rest. Bathroom was clean. Limited food options but can't complain in the price they took.

Het enige voordeel was dat het dichtbij het vliegveld was gelegen. Mijn eerste kamer had geen douche en stonk, mijn tweede kamer stonk nog meer en in mijn bed lagen allemaal haren. Het bed was duidelijk niet schoongemaakt. Op de site stond een warme douche en lopend buffet in de ochtend. Ik had geen warm water en kreeg een botherham met een ei naar mijn kamer gebracht. Nog nooit in zulke erge stank geslapen

Vi bodde här 2 nätter vid 2 olika tillfällen, i samband med flygresor. Hotellet ligger undanskymt på en bakgata och inte ens taxichaufförerna hittar dit, men det ligger nära flygplatsen. Första natten var rummet rökigt när vi kom och andra gången fick vi ett annat, rökfritt, rum. Som vanligt i Indien, inga fönster, men det vänjer man sig vid. Däremot var allt fuktigt: handdukar, lakan och kläderna man skulle ha på sig på morgonen eftersom de inte har någon uppvärmning. Vi var tvungna att be om både överlakan, handdukar och toapapper efter att vi kommit in på rummet. Badrumsgolvet täckes av urinstinkande vatten pga läckage på kranar och slangar. Varken tv eller sänglampor fungerade, trots att de fanns på rummet, för ovanlighetens skull. I det ena rummet gick ena lampan inte att släcka, utan vi fick skruva ur glödlampan. I receptionen stod 5 personer, som egentligen inte gjorde något alls. De kunde ha bedrivit tiden med att städa rummen till exempel. Tjocka golvmattor, som inte skakats eller dammsugits de senaste åren, en väggfläkt som var alldeles luddig av svart damm, mögel i badrummet och fuktfläckar i taket. Nej, jag kommer inte att bo här igen, och vill inte att någon annan gör det heller.
