"Loved waking up with an ocean view. Back patio area to sit and enjoy the view and next to a park, so not looking into another building or window. Poll was heated, so able to swim in the morning, sit in the jacuzzi before checking out. The only surprise was the train track goes right by the beach front, so you could hear the crossing horns every couple hours throughout the night. I think you'd get used to that if staying longer."

"Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay."

"I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted."

"Seven of us ladies stayed at Stephanie's house and it worked out great. The location is excellent and very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It has great gathering areas in the backyard and in the living room. It's nice that it's on a dead-end street as it made things very quiet. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and responsive.
