"Only thing I didn't like was the fact that your establishment was not willing to accommodate their guests with a solution to an early check out. If a guests stay at your location and needs to leave for a unforseen reason some type of accommodation should be made."
"Room was ok. Bed was comfortable enough. Carpet was not clean and had sticky areas. I didn't take off my shoes a second time. Rest of room was clean. Staff was very helpful. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee, packedged muffins, packages of oatmeal. "

"This was my first time at Greektown Hotel and it was great! Quiet floors, plenty to do in the area, Dunkin Donuts in the downstairs lobby of the hotel. Will be returning! :)"

"The hotel was beautiful and clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks and were impressed with our room and the rest of the hotel. Two issues to consider: 1. We stayed in a room facing a nightclub, and the noise was outrageous half the night. We'll request a different room location if we stay again. 2. We chose this hotel partly because they offer a free local shuttle. They don't advertise that there is ONE shuttle, it's first-come-first-serve with no guarantee you'll get to your destination on time (we were 15 min late to our venue after waiting about 50 min, despite being told the shuttle would be back in a few minutes), and the shuttle driver is also THE BELLHOP for the entire hotel. We had to wait for him to unload another guest's car, then wait for them to check in, take their luggage up to their room, and come back down before we could go anywhere. It was almost comically bad. We'll plan our next trip to include Ubering instead. Overall a very enjoyable stay, though."
