"Our group has been staying at this house every Jan/Feb for the last few years for our annual St. Johns river fishing trip. There is lots of room for our group of 12 guys and the owner is easy to deal with. We plan to return each year and this is the best house on the river in Astor that our group all agrees on staying. "We booked this property as a place to stay for a 3 day fishing trip to Crescent Lake. There were 8 guys and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Very secluded with no neighbors and just the sounds of wildlife at night. We loved the fishing dock on the creek and utilized it on several days. We actually left the lake early on our last day just to come back and relax at the lodge. It's definitely not a Ritz Carlton, but we gladly traded those amenities for a secluded, rustic, and...

"Great small hotel a bit older but the room I was in was remodeled with new flooring and bathroom and cozy beds. It also had a apt side refrigerator and oven /stove combo with microwave and coffee pot. Very roomy room . Easy walk through gate to pool and to the beach. Daytona is five minute south and Flagler Beach is 5 to 8 min North. Cute stores, eating ,fishing pier and parks with in a 5 minute ride. "
