Although the property was trying to be tech savvy, the lack of menus, the lack of services available the lack of hours posted on anything you had to walk to each individual place to find out the hours. Menus were not readily available highway robbery for a tequila sunrise $22 For a tequila sunrise and that’s just outrageous. You could buy the ingredients for one tequila sunrise and it was well during your welcome happy hour whatever so words were not conveyed and although the valet was amazing that was the only thing about my estate that was amazing. The bathrooms were old indeed there were no services available for salon or spa or anything like that and you couldn’t find out the information was not readily accessible , and it took us nine hours to get towels

Nice but older hotel. Right on ocean so that’s beautiful! The shampoo, body wash in shower smelt wonderful. Would be nice if they had body loition and maybe small tubes of Aloe as right on water.. sunburn etc! Would stay again.

The staff was wonderful! Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice. Chairs and towels were always available. Easy beach access. Electric vehicle charging on site! Con: the sliding glass door to our cabana room was unbelievably difficult to open.

Beachfront hotel with great views. Staff could be better trained. When we booked a cabana at the pool, we were told that it would be setup in about 10 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and inquired how much longer it would take to get it set up. Staff apologized and said 10 minutes. An hour and 3 inquiries later, we canceled the cabana. There was debris in the main pool. We were not provided with the VIP card for the food discount upon arrival and had to request an adjustment to the bill at the front desk. We used valet parking 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, but were charged valet parking for all 3 nights instead of 2 valet and 1 self-service. We used express checkout, so did not know this until we had already left the property. Am now trying to get this straightened out. Overall, the 2 rooms we had were in good condition. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower in 1 of the rooms was low, but fine in the other room. Overall, I didn't feel the facilities were worth the price paid.

We stayed for 5 nights. Our first 2 nights were in a room that was advertised as sunset view and the photo showed water, which assumed was the ocean. I was wrong. We looked out over a roof and the parking lot. Thankfully we were able to switch rooms to the ocean view with a balcony . That was a great experience. Gorgeous ocean view. Very relaxing ! Hotel was pretty calm. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was more of a boutique hotel with lovely appointments in the lobby and bar. The restaurant had a view of the ocean and the staff was pleasant and could not do enough for me. I loved it.

Loved the friendly staff. The rooms we're very fresh and roomy. Amy at the Tiki Bar was Great 👍. The view from the room was also Wonderful!! They gave you waters and also had a water refill station at the Lobby. Would Definitely come back.

Its right on the beach. Its pet friendly although dogs are not allowed on the beach. There is a park next to hotel and some grassy areas to walk the dogs. The pool and patio area was very enjpyable. They didn’t allow coolers on the patio but they have a bar. I didn’t like that you had to pay each day to park. $30 for valet or $25 to self park.
