Stayed here for a wedding, and the staff was really kind and helpful. None of them showed signs of being overwhelmed due to the wedding party. Everything was really great.

The property itself was fine. However I had multiple attempts to access my room where my digital key and card key would not work. We were on a time crunch since we were there for a cheerleading convention so the time at the hotel was critical. We had to wait for someone to figure out what was going on with our door. It turned out that it was a dead battery. Instead of replacing the battery, staff ensured me a temporary charge would get us through our stay. It did not. The next day we went down for breakfast. I checked the door, and it worked fine but when we returned from eating the door would not open again. We had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it a second time. Another issue we had was not enough towels. When we headed to our room Saturday after dinner we stopped by the front desk to ask for fresh towels for our stay. I was told by the gentleman working the front desk that they were out of clean towels and would not have any more for the remainder of our stay because the housekeepers had already left for the day. I was appalled. The man offered the suggestion of using the floor towels instead. This was unacceptable. We ended up using hand towels. I would not recommend this hotel to other guests.

Whoever was working as operator or the front desk on Friday around 4pm, they were just putting us on hold for over 30 mins and we never even got to talk to them because the lady forgot we were on the phone. Horrible customer service. Shouldn’t take 30 mins and more to talk to someone there.
