I was charged $150 to reinstate my booking. I didn’t come the first day so they cancelled my lodging, because I didn’t call them to let them know I wasn’t making the initial day for check in…..

Air conditioning didn’t work in our initial room. When we told them it did not work they said there was nothing they could do. We had to request to move, they switched us to a no tub room. The new room lights flickered and switches did not work. We asked for blankets for the pull out and were told to come get sheets. We had to ask for towels and pillows for the bathroom and pull out bed. No one came to help and made us walk down to get anything needed from the room. The room was dirty and we will never come back!

The property itself was fine, nothing super special, but that is OK and what I expected. The description online said in the amenities that they had a bar, but the bar was actually just a few barstools on the side of the room attached to the check-in counter, and the desk agent was the person also acting as a bartender, so the bar vibe, wasn’t there, which is something that I enjoy, especially when traveling alone, having a safe and close place to hang out again before I go to bed.

Overall was happy with our stay. But we did have issues with out toilet flusher getting stuck and so my husband kept having to fix it by messing with the tank.

This was just a typical hotel. I wasn’t blown away by anything. The room needs to be updated big time. The carpet is coming up in the places, the bathtub is so stained, and the corners of the bathroom were not clean. I did like that it was conveniently located by a freeway entrance and a gas station.

I thought the hotel bathroom was really small because it’s like you have to make room for the door to be opened fully before you can close it. Most hotels I’ve been in have a larger bathroom, plenty of room to walk. But with this bathroom, only have enough room to stand, get in bathtub/shower, etc. Could just be my room, not sure if all of the bathrooms are like this in the hotel.

staff is excellent and welcoming. however the hotel itself is very old, tv is very standard, you can not add netflix or other as any other hotel, hotel room is very old and lots of damages.

Rooms were clean easy check in , desk clerk very friendly, only downfall was breakfast hours, had an event to be to by 7am and no breakfast till 7am. Starts earlier on weekdays feel it should be same time on weekends, lots of kids events in the area.
