The service was poor during my stay ,the room smell was terrible they should put in some air fresheners,the breakfast you can be told that we have been sending out a lot of food so if we sent more the boss is gonna trouble us ,so that’s why I said the service was very poor and I gain we used dirty bath towels till we check out,

I felt like the property was clean enough, but it was rundown and a bit Shabby around the edges. The tile in the bathroom is coming up. The paint in the pool was coming up just wear and tear.
Good location. The property could be cleaned up better. The pool looks dirty. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. Need a fruit selection. The elevator also stop working. It has shopping close by. There were also restaurants with in walking distance.
Beds need to be replaced, update rippedfurniture, wallsneed painting. Keys had to be redone four times. Neighborhood is sketchy. Needless to say we cut our stay short.
We were told there was a shuttle to the airport available at 5am for our early morning departure. However, the driver did not arrive until 5:25am. This caused some anxiety and we initiated an Uber ride as an alternative when it was getting late and we were charged a cancellation fee.
