The room had mold in the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway were stained. The bathroom ceiling was coming down, and I killed a roach. I requested a full refund because I left only a few hours after arriving. The clerk told me to put in a complaint with Experian and he would give me a refund. I don't recommend this property.

The first room we received was very poor, but the staff accomodated us by moving us to a nicer room. The television experience is terrible. The picture continually buffered making watching it dofficult. The internet service was terrible, which is why the television experience was bad.

This place is so dirty and run down. Drug deals, mold, bugs, broken things (doors,floor cracked, etc), very racist breakfast worker (saying what she called Asians that stayed there were dirty and had enough of them to all the guest, with them sitting right there to hear her say stuff about them. Saying they didn't speak English so she cold say all that), she yelled at my kids for getting food and drinks with me right there helping. Would not get any house keeping, had to make my own bed with (clean) looked dirty sheets cause house keeping wouldnt do it or bring it. I had to ask the front desk for it. Worker making a scene in front of my kids and yelling very bad words, maintenance guy letting his dog where people were eating freely (no leash), he came to fix the toilet cause it was not working correctly, brought his dog with him again no leash, it was trying to eat our trash and lick on my kids, let us get a room for 5 people (my three kids, one being a little one. My man and i) but only gave us three towels cause i asked if we could at least have three. Why let people have that many in a room if we cant have more towels, kids running around above us all hours of the night and also vacuuming late at night, pretty sure our (neighbors) was doing drug deals cause people were knocking on their door all night, staff had attitude anytime they had to do their job. If you have the money, please pick another place thats better. My kids were scared there and couldnt get sleep.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I’m here for one night pre-flight, and it’s a cheap hotel. The staff/management are wonderful, very attentive and helpful. My check-in was very easy (they even let me in to the room a little early). The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a TV, fridge, microwave. Even a laundry room in the lobby and complimentary breakfast. Reserving my complementary shuttle to the airport was very easy and convenient. It’s also a 3 min walk from a mini golf place, and several restaurants, so if you have time, it’s a nice break! I’ll definitely be staying again!

Landed at 1:15 am. Called for shuttle no answer. Call front desk no answer. Called property 800 number 45 mins later no help called expedia and got hing up on after giving my phone number and no call back had to call got a new person explained everything. On hold now. Told its a third party that booked it by expedia ..i thought i booked with you. Now ive waited at an empty airport at 2:46 AM.
