"I am used to staying at a high end property, but there was an event going on so where I usually stay was not available. At first I was negative, but the people there was kind, helpful and nice. "Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!"
