"This is my second year coming to this hotel and it won’t be the last!
The staff is so friendly and very helpful, plus they are there 24/7!! The rooms are very clean and are big enough to hold all of our beach gear plus luggage. The breakfast is awesome and has tons of options for the pickiest of eaters. The pool is really clean and has a few enclosed cabanas inside the pool area that are super comfy. They also have two cabanas outside the pool area with several seating choices with and without tables, a propane grill and a charcoal grill.
Now let’s talk about one of the best perks this hotel has to offer that isn’t advertised…happy hour in the lounge from 5pm-7pm where each guest is allowed two drinks and appetizers for free!! Yes, you read that right the hotel gives you FREE alcoholic beverages (with valid ID) and snacks.
Overall this place deserves more stars than I can give them and highly recommend you stay here!"

"Likes:
Price vs other options
Cleanliness
Large room
Breakfast - simple, but enough for most folks to start the day
Friendly check-in and miscellaneous questions answered
Fins restaurant across the street
On the water park area for a morning walk across the street
Dolphin and Pirate boat tours across the street
Easy Ferry access if needed
A/C in the room worked well, but the indoor humidity was a little noticeable and likely inevitable in mid-May, 90 temps. It is a beach town after all.
Quiet customers with one exception due to late night adult beverage effects (school isn't out yet)
They are building/adding 46 new rooms next door, but we were not inconvenienced at all by construction activity or noise (though we were not on that side), and they don't work past 5pm or so.
Be aware there are two floors and no elevator. Not a problem for us, but if you have trouble with stairs, try to get a 1st floor room.
No dislikes - We'll visit again after the summer crowd thins out"
