Beautiful hotel! Our room was super clean and spacious. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Valet service was affordable at $24.00. Love that! Starbucks downstairs was convenient. 5 minute walk to the capital building. Will definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

Great staff, great clean rooms! Parking was not great, but really cool street festival right outside the front of the hotel Saturday mornings! No working ice machine in the entire hotel, and the “vending machine” was a cabinet in the lobby that was locked and no one could find the key. Other than that, very pleasant stay!!!!! Would book again but bring beverages and ice!!!

Good location and fair price for this older and refurbished hotel. The valet service for parking (the only solution) was well run if a bit overpriced. Clean and comfortable room, nice large shower with good hot water and pressure. But the staffing is iffy. No one at the front desk when I arrived and I had to call out for someone to appear. No one in the breakfast area when I arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to appear. Coffee was terrible and I was charged a different (higher) price than listed on the menu. (They took off the charge.) Printed sheet said ice was only available from 9 to 5 which was not true though not every ice machine was working. Management needs to pay attention. But the room was quite comfortable and spotless.

Smallest king room
The hotel is beautiful, the location is unbeatable. We ordered a king room and it was unfortunately so small. We ordered for our wedding night so it was a bit of a let down to not have the a gorgeous room to enjoy for our weekend. For the price, wish it was a bit more. Literally just enough room to walk around the bed. Wouldn't recommend the king room but would definitely book and try again with the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an old building and has some very cool features. There is a Starbucks in the basement. The Vault Martini Bar was disappointing (how is it a martini bar if it doesn’t even have martini glasses???). The rooftop bar was fun but both bars were poorly stocked. The food was good but the menu was limited. The room was clean but the bed sank badly in the center which made sleeping difficult. Downtown Cola was also disappointing (not much to do within walking distance). We also had the unfortunate luck of staying here the same time as a wedding party and some of the wedding guests were in the room next to us and were extremely rowdy (they broke a window at 2am!!). The noise from the street was also almost impossible to ignore. I recommend upgrading the beds and replacing the windows to help with the noise. That said, the staff helped make our stay pleasant.

Upon arrival the hotel had lost wifi. They were unable to check guest in unless prepaid . This also shut down dining options and anyway to pay using credit cards. There was no backup and lasted well into following day. Although staff was was nice the hotel offered nothing to compensate their guest.

Well, the front desk staff was VERY nice and friendly! The bartender at the vault was also very delightful. However, the front desk when I called stated the only parking they offer is valet $25/nite, but that is not the case. I can't offer other parking info cuz I have no idea where other people parked. The room was cute, but there are NO USB ports so bring a charging block. Also, there is NO counter space in the bathroom. I love the heat/ac. It's not a loud window box. That said you are in the city and can hear everything,.. trains, sirens, etc. So they have a noise machine in the room that you can use. There also is no microwave in your room. Had a great time, I'm sure we'll we back.
