"Property is in a super convenient location in town and one block from the base of the mountain and gondola and one block from a grocery. Condo units are individually owned so variability in decor and condition. "An absolute gem, everything here is beautiful and the location makes it easy to walk anywhere especially being so close to the Gondola. I would give it a 5/5 but the breakfast is lacking a bit you get the same 3 options everyday and salmon gets old after the 2nd day. Also there’s no fridge in the room and you have to pay to park, luckily they’re rate is 5-10$ cheaper then everywhere else. Other then that I would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"We've stayed at many properties in Beaver Creek, and really enjoyed this one. It is quaint, quirky, and charming. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, Thursday night snacks and board games, and reasonably-priced parking, all of which are unusual in Beaver Creek. The location is very walkable with easy access to snowboard school (important for us), shopping, and lots of dining options. If you are looking for a comfortable stay at a good value, this hotel is definitely worth checking out."
