"Needs more staff for dinner and breakfast. They are overwhelmed and can’t cope with the asks and demands of the guests. Also the property can be better in terms of maintenance. There were some bugs in the room and in the food area. "

"Exceptional all the way. Checking in was quick. Ms.R at the front desk was very helpful, she even let me borrow her iPhone charger. Staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Room service was very good. The room service menu was very detailed, easy to understand. Even accommodated late check out time. I will go back again and I would recommend it. "

"Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next."

"The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Whenever I needed anything there was someone there to help me. The rooms are nice and clean. It is quite spacious, in fact, it’s almost like two rooms because there’s a sitting area and a large wardrobe for storing belongings. My room was peaceful and quiet at night, even though the hotel is located near the airport. The bathroom is very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The shower is hot with great water pressure. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. It includes fresh fruit and juice, and vegetarian options. There is also a really nice restaurant where I had an amazing lunch. There is a large pool, which I thought looked a little murky to me, but I decided to try it anyway because I saw other people using it, and I had a very enjoyable swim. When I was leaving, the staff generously helped me figure out the buses and taxi options."
