"First, keep in mind: English speakers are rare in Recife. The hotel is decent but not exceptional; however, stained bed sheets were a letdown. Remember, in Brazil, toilet paper can't be flushed. "Location is great! The only problem I had was with the bed sheet and noise. The bed sheets were smelling awful and didn’t have a fitted sheet for the mattress, so the flat sheet would keep coming off all the time for the whole week we stayed.
