"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. "Nice property. It is a little isolated, in the middle of vast fields. No wifi or televisions, so be prepared for peaceful isolation. We struggled with tge flies and couldn't understand how they got inside. We bought some fly swatters and left tgem at the property for the next guest. Overall, it was a beautifully peaceful stay."

"The fishing was amazing right off the dock, not the big trout but the panfish type. We rented a boat right down the road conveniently located and caught the lake trout. It was nice to have the bedroom on the first floor for my BIL who has difficulty doing stairs. There were plenty of comfortable chairs inside and out for comfortable bird watching and sunsets. Although we are too old to use them there were kayaks and a canoe. I would definitely come back."
